Paul Digoy, M.D., f.a.a.p.
Dr. G. Paul Digoy is a subspecialty-trained pediatric otolaryngologist (ENT) and the only board-certified physician in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology (CPO) in the state of Oklahoma. He provides comprehensive pediatric ENT care with particular expertise in pediatric breathing and swallowing disorders.
Dr. Digoy spent his formative years in both Bakersfield, California, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has also lived in Peru and Italy and is fluent in Spanish and Italian. His education and medical training took him throughout the United States. He currently resides in Oklahoma City and is a devoted father to his three daughters.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Digoy has cared for some of the most medically complex children in Oklahoma. He has authored 30 peer-reviewed publications and has added six additional peer-reviewed articles in 2025. His work has earned him national recognition in the areas of pediatric sleep apnea, laryngomalacia, sleep endoscopy, and pediatric dysphagia.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Digoy is deeply committed to medical education. He teaches otolaryngology residents and trainees across multiple pediatric specialties and serves on the faculty of the Oklahoma State University Department of Otolaryngology. He has been elected by his peers to serve on the Executive Board of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Otolaryngology, where he chaired the Quality Committee. He also continues to serve as an experienced board examiner for the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (2013 – current).
Dr. Digoy has also been consistently recognized by his peers as one of the Best Physicians in Oklahoma in Pediatric Otolaryngology every year since 2007.
